The newly updated 11th edition of Technology and the Future helps answer that question and others with a diverse collection of articles that go beyond definitions and descriptions and into the minds of some of the field's leading thinkers. Thoroughly covering philosophical approaches, specific technologies, and current issues, Technology and the Future provides a unique overview of the controversies affecting contemporary society.
